They say location is everything, and I'd have to concur here. The place itself is in desperate need of an overhaul. Everything worked, it felt secure, and the location was awesome, but it surely's just to the ragged edge of falling apart, in general. I do not mean to complain much too much, but basically the windows ended up all really in need of replacement, as ended up the doors, the trim, much in the furnishings, and many others.

that island is nothing short of paradise and like 35 miles from this house. every one of the beaches we secluded and very little people on them. its nowhere close to crowded. cape san blas experienced the most people off every one of the beaches and even that was not what I call crowded".
